Lacey Schexnayder Pyle in THE GAMBIT

I was contacted this morning about a submission I made to a publication, and it turns out not only was I accepted as an artist in the online publication, but they want to feature my photography on the cover!

Sherman FitzSimons, the editor of The Gambit, informed me that my series,
"Life and Leisure in Louisiana," will be in the next issue of the Gambit, due out June 15, 2008. On the previous design of The Vacancy, there was only a photo gallery,
which included all of the photos from this Life and Leisure series.
If you are interested in an issue of The Gambit, I will post details
of how a copy can be obtained as those details become available to me.

Have a great week!

Website Quirks

Many have told me they can't see all the links in the navigation frame at the left. This can be caused by a few things:

This can be due to screen resolution set lower than 1280 x 1024.
This can be caused by multible tabs being open at the top of your browser.
This can also be caused by multiple toolbars (bookmarks bar, Yahoo Toolbars, Google Search bars, AOL tool bar--whatever) stacked at the top of your browser.

If none of these seem to look like your problem, and you still can't see the links, then look on your keyboard for the "END" key. It's usually near the keypad (on a desktop) or on the right hand side (of a laptop or Mac).

Press it.

This will bring you to the "end" of the navigation frame. I know, I know: graphic designers aren't supposed to use frames. But I did on my personal site and I happen to like the results enough to deal with this small headache.

P.S.: Look for the Launch of LaceyPyle.Com!
